  • We teamed up with a group of investors, converted an old department store into a vibrant life style center in the heart of downtown Flushing located at 136-20 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing Queens, corner of Roosevelt Ave and Main St. Including the under ground parking garage, it has 240,000 square feet in which 160,000 square feet for retail use. It consists of supermarket on ground floor, food court on lower level, restaurants and boutique stores on second floor and catering hall and KTV on 3rd floor. This building now has become a landmark in downtown Flushing.
  • Next to Home Depot on Sanford Ave and Delong Street downtown Flushing, an old 100,000 sf industrial site has been developed into a 200,000 sf mini storage tower with 33,000 sf retail mixed-use business center. From acquisition to leasing, we worked closely with the developer and made the project successful.
  • In Elmhurst Queens on Albion Avenue intersecting with Queens Blvd., we spearheaded the conversion of 100,000 sf warehouse into a retail strip with catering hall, supermarket and neighborhood retails.

The Outline of Our Property Management Services:

1. Collect and deposit rents and additional rents from tenants.

2. Pay expenses, manage properties’ finances by keeping accurate records and accounting and maintaining low budget for expenses.

3. Report the properties’ financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners.

4. Inspect properties and tenant’s spaces on regular basis, upkeep the properties in good condition, arrange repairs when necessary, and take care emergency calls.

5.Market and show vacant spaces, negotiate lease terms, fill up the building(s) with the right and qualified tenants.

6. Provide marketing information and property evaluation to owners, help owners to achieve the maximum returns to their investment.

7. Follow government laws and regulations and ensure that tenants follow the laws and lease requirements.
