Funding Hotels & development Properties
Lenders like to see operators with at least three
(3) years of actual experience on acquisition. For development,
lender would wants to see a brand name pre-selected or a well-known
reservation system enhanced by a pre-selected hotel management company
before issuing commitment. In development, we do not require
a borrower must use the same funding source for the take-out once
the forward construction loan is used up and the building is completed
in construciton. The ratio of equity will vary greatly depending
on a number factors, such as the borrower’s credit worthiness
and experience. We would go one step further to help the borrower
to get teamed up with a more experienced hotel developer to increase
the chances of getting the project funded with good terms.
