how to use this form:

1. Enter the Property Address.
   (optional - will appear on table)
2. Select First Payment Year & Month.
3. Enter the Purchase Price
4. Enter either a Down Payment Percentage OR Down Payment Amount.
   Your Mortgate Amount will display automatically.
5. Enter the Annual Interest Rate percentage.
6. Select the Term Length.
7. Select the Payment Frequency.
8. If desired, Enter Real Estate Tax and/or Insurance Payments.
9. Click Calculate.
10. If desired, Click Amortize to generate an Amortization table of payments. Table will appear in a new window.
    Click the close button to generate a new Table .
11. Click Reset to start over.
