Funding for Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions
The viability, profitability and borrower’s
business background play a major role in acquisitions that are acquired
for investment or income producing purposes. Most of the funding
criteria would be more or less the same as Commercial. As for
user’s deal, i.e. a borrower is acquiring a piece of property
for its own business use, we require a minimum of two (2 ) years of corporate
and personal tax returns and proof of downpayment source. And
yes, we do land loan, with 50% downpayment is usually required.
