No, we work on leases as small as 400/SF in a high-end
mall.
- Is Harvest International strictly a tenant rep company?
No, we also represent landlords as well. Clients such as the
250,000/SF East Lake Mixed-Use luxury tower project, which contains a
3-level atrium upscale shopping mall.
- Besides brokering deals on properties for sale and
for lease, does Harvest International
offer management service?
Yes, as in the case of the East Lake Mixed-Use Project,
we handle the tenancy-mix planning. After the lease deals are
all done, we will provide continuous service to manage the mall to
ensure its continuous success by ensuring quality of service are
up to par and merchandise selection are appropriate and responsive
to market demand and shoppers to come back from time to time.
- How does Harvest International charge its fee?
We go by the mainstream American society of the industry
Standard fee structure but there are variations sometimes. Fees are
paid by landlords and sellers except in some extreme rare cases.
For example, a tenant comes to Harvest International and subsequently
a deal is done, e.g. store located and the lease is done, the brokerage
commission is paid by the landlord.
- How can Harvest International service a client, let
say in San Francisco,
when the company is based in New York?
