In both commercial real estate and funding industry, there are sectors of property management, leasing, sale, exchange, development for commercial real estate. As for funding, there are areas including but not limited to project funding, structural finance & syndication…just to name some examples and the industry is highly regulated and diversified.

To be considered for an associate position, ideally speaking, you should:

• Have a 4-year college degree, if not at least a 2-year associate degree.
• Your degree preferred to be either in business, accounting, finance, psychology, social works or degree in the hospitality, retail trade, and real estate of course.
• You should have at least a year of means to support yourself by your own reserve, or by your loved one or your family, have a car and health insurance.
• Prior work experience is a plus but not a must (we will provide training and coaching if you have the desire to become successful).
• Fluency in English is a must and another foreign language is a plus.
• Must have a genuine desire to help people achieve their goal and solve their problems at times.
• Must not be afraid of initial failure; be persistent and disciplined and willing to work hard towards your financial goal.
